Shoulder Pain
I was doing barbell press weigted 60kg and my shoulder got disbalanced slightly.. now I am having pain since Feb. 2021. And I am not able to understand the problem please help.. When I do shoulder press or even pushups my shoulded got light pain like something is pinching internally.

Dear you need to consult in person with ortho doc for proper diagnosis and even may require to go for X-ray or MRI of shoulder to rule out any internal tissue damages. Do not neglect it and dont try to put pressure on the shoulder untill the pain reduces completely.

It seems like your rotator cuff muscles or tendon is inflamed so Stop all painful activities with affected shoulder.

You could have injured your capsule or labrum deep in the shoulder. You should meet an Orthopaedic surgeon and possibly get it assessed and MRI 'd.
