I have been suffering for shoulder pain for the last three days(it might be due to muscle strain).I have been taking Zero Dol Th-8 mg for the last three days but it brought no relief to me.Can you give some remedy?

There are many reasons for shoulder pain .. just by knowing one symptom no one will be able to provide you with a definite protocol . The best and Safest way is to visit a nearby Physiotherapist get yourself assessed and take a proper therepy regime in order to eliminate your pain .

Pls dont try anything before a complete assessment and diagnosis, you can consult with physiotherapist or orthopedic as you like.
Assessment and evaluation is the base of treatment.
Apply diclofenac ointment and cover with a cloth for 10mins, do hot water fermentation twice a day, Dont put pressure and avoid activity that involves shoulder muscles.
If you wont find improvement in 2 days then visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for 4 days.
Hello sir , apply any pain reliving grl or ointement and do hot water fermentation over the strained muscles two times a day.
In between keep ice pack as well.
Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment.
Take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain and inflammation in muscles,later start doing some shoulder strengthening exercises
