Shoulder pain
I get cracking sound when i move my left shoulder... When i do exercise i get the same sound .. i visited several doctor and took even i did several exercise.. but im not able to recover I want the right treatment so looking forward for your suggestions Sound and pain

Go to a physiotherapist.. Shoulder strengthening exercises gradually +vigorously will help.. Some calcium supplements +vit D should also be added for one month.

Sound must be coming in mid range of shoulder or upper head activities. It can be due to weakness of rotator cuff muscle or shoulder ligaments. Visit a near by physiotherapist or dry needle therapist. Can be get cured in few day with corrective exercises.
