Shoulder pain along with neck pain trape
Hi , I am 32 old female..i had shoulder pain while in upside to downside movemnt..Below is my report..Kindly advise if this is serious issue or not.. 1.low grade partial tear of the articular surface fiberes of the distal supraspinatus tendon with no retraction/atrophy 2.mild fluid collection in subacromial subdeltoid bursa represting bursitis. 3.normal glenoid labrum

Is there any injury? Is pain present while doing other movements? Pain is present since How much duration? According to MRI report and symptom issue is there but need more information to conclude it.

It's common for such shoulder problem. However the treatment depends on your activity level ranging from physiotherapy to surgery. You are describing impingement of the shoulder which can be easily addressed with physio and medication. If needed yoj may require an intra articular injection. Consequently of you are a sports person then you will require aggressive intervention like arthroscopic surgery and 6 months of rehab exercises.
