Shoulder Dislocation
My left shoulder was dislocated 2 years ago and the same was treated with closed reduction under sedition. Now I want to do some excercise and want to play games. Can I use shoulder support braceses for reducing the risk of dislocation. Pic of the shoulder support is attached for ready reference. Thank you.

Yes you can use it but important is scapular and cuff exercises. You need to feel that shoulder is stable by doing these exercises
