Shoulder dislocation
I was lifting more than heavy dumbles at home 9months back and then i feel from bike one day and started experiencing pain in my right shoulder.. First I neglected it but then the pain grew..I visited a doctor who told me to for MRI scan..on seeing report he advised me 3 months rest..but its been 3months still not healed even a bit..I took tendokings tablets for 1 month also..please suggest what should be my next course of action?

Medicine and rest tk laser physiotherapy treatment to heal up and come out this problem

Dear client rest is very critical for a healing tissue so the three months rest must have been suggested but now some amount of stiffness could be also there so what ever it may be you can very well see a Physio and get it treated for few days it should get perfect plz try to see your physio with original reports.

I suggest you do physiotherapy therapy focused on rotator cuff muscle strengthening excercises and Joint range of motion exercises. Consult any physiotherapist. Do for six weeks.
