Had a back strain while lifting heavy
Had a back strain while lifting heavy 40kg weight . Had an instant pain and lower back spasm after that. lower back muscle tightness and pain went away after 5-8 days. I am doing back exercises and push-ups now but after 2.5 weeks still have a localised nagging pain on left side lower back. No pain in doing daily activities but afraid if it is a disc bulge or herniation. How much long should I wait for the little bit pain that is left? No pain when I perform Leg raises test lying down.
