Should I remove wisdom tooth
The cyst there is okc Biopsy report begnin fibrous epithelial polyp with surface of ulceration . This report is of 6months ago i removed that due to very much problem secondary infection and mouth lock pus drainage. . . Should I remove another one wisdom tooth also not causing any problem but doctor suggeste me to remove . . Because on that case I have no symptoms before suddenly I fell that This x-ray is 6months older On this year I have 3 x-ray should I go for 4th one of doctor suggest Thanks for response in advance.

Regular radiograph you have to take and regular follow up also needed there are chances of re aucurance also

Did you mean the lytic lesson in left ramus is OKC (a type of Odontogenic cyst)??? Did you OKC get infected? If it’s an OKC then please be on regular radiographic follow ups as its chance of recurrence are very high. Where exactly was the excised lesion present? Go by your treating doctor’s suggestion.
