Temporary fillings are temporary. Get permanent fillings done. If it is too deep, you can go for root canal treatment and crown

No dear the insects u r talking about is called cavity its a bacterial infection invisible to eyes, and the kaccha masala is called dental cement at first u get the x-ray done and let ur dentist decide the diagnosis now and if cavity is not much deep then u can proceed further for permanent filling.and if it has gone beyond the pulp then u have to get it treated by RCT.

Temporary fillings are given that name for a purpose, and you are lucky that they have survived for such a long duration. They do not provide the perfect marginal seal as a permanent filling and the teeth always run a risk of Re Cavitation and appearance of symptoms like pain or discomfort. You should definitely plan a visit to the dentist as soon as possible and get these fillings replaced by permanent tooth coloured composite restorations. Regards.

The name itself says temporary. It won’t serve a good purpose as a permanent filling .
Next Steps
Get a permanent tooth coloured filling done
