Sir my ecg,echo,tmt,xray,pft and spo2 are normal but my problem is  shortness of breath and throat clearing...it just like breathe is stopped between nose and mouth...please give me solution sir..

For authentication of symptoms we are heavily dependent on physical signs which can be elicited in the patient, and the investigations. If both are normal it becomes difficult for the Doctor to believe that the patient is not exaggerating his symptoms. In your case some such thing is happening. Nobody will do your TMT, PFT, and 2D ECHO without the Doctor's prescription and surely you would have shown your reports to that Doctor. If he couldn't help you in spite of seeing you physically and examining you, what help do you expect from Tele-consultation ?
