Hb of 10.3 is unlikely to cause breathing difficulty. Difficulty in breathing can be due to multiple cause in your case: any upper respiratory tract obstruction due to deviated septum/nasal polyp. It can be due to asthma: if you have accompanied allergic history, family history, history of perception of whistling sound, and like that of air hunger.
Next Steps
detailed history and eosinophil count from the blood report which was done
Health Tips
- need further evaluation

10.3 haemoglobin will not cause so much breathlessness as suggested by you.More likely related to allergy as u have blocked nose..A chest xray ,lung function test will suggest lung cause ,however ECG if required 2echo to rule out cardiac cause.
