Hi. I understand your concern. It could be due to allergy. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
Hb of 10.3 is unlikely to cause breathing difficulty. Difficulty in breathing can be due to multiple cause in your case: any upper respiratory tract obstruction due to deviated septum/nasal polyp. It can be due to asthma: if you have accompanied allergic history, family history, history of perception of whistling sound, and like that of air hunger.
Next Steps
detailed history and eosinophil count from the blood report which was done
10.3 haemoglobin will not cause so much breathlessness as suggested by you.More likely related to allergy as u have blocked nose..A chest xray ,lung function test will suggest lung cause ,however ECG if required 2echo to rule out cardiac cause.
You have to be evaluated in detail. Certain tests, for Lung function, Heart function has to be done.is there any H/o allergy. Any co morbidities.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
