She is having pain in left side shoulder radiating towards arms to fingers & chest. Consults with doctors MRI spinal Cect abodemen CT head Chest x Ray. There is a bulge in MRI spinal report at C-5 C-6

Bulged disc can be pushed back to it's normal place,with manual therapy. Try it,good luck.

keep your neck straight with chin tucked in , use a towel roll under the neck curve while your lie on back. Use a hot pack as well....

MRI just shows the diagnosis but the symptoms may not be because of that structure. cervical pain is mainly caused by poor postural habits especially since you are so young, its not degeneration. apply hot pack, get traps release from physio and learn strengthening and postural correction exercises

Cervical disc bulge causing compression of nerve is causing above symptoms. Treatment will include 1. Nerve gliding exercise 2. Release of front neck muscles 3. Strengthening of deep neck flexor muscles and rotator cuff muscles 4. Hot pack to relax the muscles around back of the neck n shoulder

A good physio treatment would include, manual therapy for neck, nerve mobs, and kinetic control ex's for neck along with correction of posture.
