Your tooth has got infected due to decay it had so therz pain . Mostly it will need root canal treatment. Take painkillers for temporary relief . Visit endodontist/ dentist for needful

Hello mam..
your history seems you may have cavity in upper right 1 st molar teeth....you need to take x-ray(IOPA) of the concerned teeth to find out the extent of caries.....pain usually indicates the cavitation reaches innermost nerve layer and it usually requires root canal treatment of the concerned teeth followed by capping....

Sharp pain in tooth is usually a symptom of deep cavity extending till the innermost layer of the teeth i.e the nerves. Plz visit a dentist ASAP to get the root canal treatment done for that tooth followed by crown. You may take pain killers for meanwhile
