your history seems you may have cavity in upper right 1 st molar teeth....you need to take x-ray(IOPA) of the concerned teeth to find out the extent of caries.....pain usually indicates the cavitation reaches innermost nerve layer and it usually requires root canal treatment of the concerned teeth followed by capping....
