Sharp pain above my left rib cage

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Experiencing sharp pains on the left side above the rib cage. The pain started a couple days ago and if I sneeze or breve to hard I get this sharp pain and now the pain is in my back

Two possibilities. One can be due to gastric ulcers/acidity.. other being diaphragm spasm. History points more towards diaphragm spasm. I need more details. Please consult.
