So my sgpt is elevated but rest reports are normal even Hba1c and kidney function
Should I get an ultrasound? I had no symptoms but got it checked as I was having anxiety.
Should I get ultrasound! If yes can I go after eating food? Or i should fast. I want to check for fatty liver?

Get a repeat test. If still raised ALT/SGPT, you may need a Ultrasound of Liver with viral markers hepatitis b and c. Kindly connect for further management.
You can get an ultrasound abdomen done to check if you have fatty liver .
It has nothing to do with sgpt / sgot
The elevation in sgpt is very minimal, negligible in the absence of any symptoms like fever jaundice or anorexia
Hi,
There is no reason to worry. What you should focus on is a regular balanced diet and a regular exercise program ( atleast 30 mins a day for 5 days a week. Start slow and be consistent)
You were anxious about what exactly that prompted you to get a blood check up done?
Are you having any symptoms of a liver disease - yellowish discoloration of eyes or skin, abdominal swelling, leg swelling, bleeding, blood in vomit or motions etc
Are you having any symptoms of an illness like a fever for instance?
If not, you actually don't need to get the test done in the first place
To support liver function, focus on a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, emphasizing foods like leafy greens, berries, nuts, fatty fish, whole grains, and avocados, while limiting processed meats, sugary drinks, saturated fats, and foods high in salt, added sugars, and unhealthy fats.
