SGPT and sgot
I recently had health check and my SGPT was 169 u/l and sgot 69 u/l .
Cholesterol total was - 218mg/l and cholesterol hdl direct was 31.66 mg .. should I be worried. What these number meant ? I am male age 32 weight 84 height -5.5

You need not be worried,but you need to take active steps starting NOW.
If you take alcohol,you need to reduce and finally stop.
Any active disease needs to be ruled out.if theres no active disease,most likely its fatty liver.
