Your SGOT 59 and SGPT 55 are only mildly raised - in a 30 year old this is most often fatty liver related to weight, sugar or lipids, and sometimes alcohol. Liv 52 is a harmless supplement and does no damage, but honestly the enzymes come down because of the lifestyle part, not the tablet. Weight loss of even 5-7 percent, cutting sugar, maida, fried food and alcohol completely, and 40 minutes of brisk walking most days is what actually normalises these numbers.
Next Steps
Continue as your doctor advised, and get an ultrasound of the abdomen plus fasting sugar/HbA1c, lipid profile and thyroid if not already done - and hepatitis B and C screening once. Repeat the LFT after 8 to 12 weeks of these changes. Avoid alcohol and random pain-killers meanwhile. If the enzymes keep rising or you get jaundice, itching or abdominal pain, get evaluated properly.

Hi, your SGOT (59) and SGPT (55) are only mildly elevated (normal is usually up to ~40), so this isn't a major concern at this stage. Liv 52 along with lifestyle changes is a reasonable approach for mild liver enzyme elevation, and it should help alongside the changes below.
Next Steps
Please continue the medicine as advised by your doctor, and along with it, avoid alcohol completely, reduce oily/fried and processed food, and stay well hydrated for these 30 days. Get your LFT (Liver Function Test) repeated after completing the course to confirm the levels have normalized.
Health Tips
If you notice yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine, persistent nausea, or pain in the upper right abdomen, please consult your doctor sooner rather than waiting for the 30 days to finish.

Your AST/ALT ratio is at par. Don't worry. Make adequate lifestyle changes. We can discuss more when I see the entire LFT. Also, some other parameters are important like your waist circumference, BMI etc. for a comprehensive review on my end.
