Severe pain in spine
I have severe pain in the whole back from the last few days,I have done my MRI done for the whole back,it would be really helpful if any one can tell,what is the cause of pain?

Use proper posture and avoid bending over
Don’t sit on ground
Use western toilet
Back exercises and rest for pain to subside.
