Post Covid pain is normal as inflammation in existing joints gets exacerbated.
Next Steps
Drink plenty of fluids. Continue using pre natal supplements. Can take paracetamol for pain. Apply warm water bags. Give rest to the affected shoulder for a few days. Start mild stretching and strengthening exercises once pain reduces a little. Video consult with me if problem continues even after the following this advice or if you have any further questions.
