Pain in the calf region may be due to cramping of muscles. Drink plenty of water. Stretch your calf muscles. Dip both the legs in a bucket half filled with warm water before going to sleep.
If pain persists even after doing all these for two weeks then you may need to personally visit an ortho doctor for further evaluation.
if you are getting pain in the calf region to sole, better get evaluated by orthopedic surgeon to rule out lumbar disc prolapse and Radiculopathy
