Severe pain in bottom leg

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Suffering from severe pain in both bottom legs (toe and fingers) for last ten days. Kindly tell me the reason and suitable medicine. One more thing i wish to inform you that i am taking cystone medicine for kidney stone for last four days.

Check your footwear for proper cushion and foot arch. Use footwear with soft sole .prefer comfortable footwear. Take hot water formentation twice a day for 1 week. Start doing ankle and foot movement 10 to 15 reps twice a day
