Severe pain in anus
Hello Doctors! Since past 2 days i have sharp pain at one side of my anal opening (hurts while sitting, sleeping), earlier i took treatment for anal fissure ..can it be the  same again ? I dont have any burning sensation only pain. Also have issue in bowel movement its taking long time and uneasy. Need your inputs pls. Thanks in advance.

It can be fissure again but can’t exactly comment without examining.. Would request to u meet ur doctor and get urself examined To avoid fissures avoid constipation Have more of fibres and plenty of water

Yes. Reccurrance is common with fissure. Piles are sometimes also present. Fissure can heal very well with correct medical treatment. But improper Treatment leads to failure of Treatment and reccurrance.

diet plays a very important role. high fibre, plant based diet is the ideal diet. salads green vegetables fruits to constitute 60 to 80% of total diet. plenty of fluids in time between two meals.
