Kindly do a Urine Pregnancy Test with the first urine sample in the morning which would give you an accurate reading on the status of pregnancy. I would advise you to meet your gynecologist so that you can be assessed and undergo further investigations such as an ultrasound to find the underlying cause of the delayed periods. These following lifestyle changes may help in regularizing your periods: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly (minimum of 30-45 mins a day) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
