As you know abdomen is like a pandoras box.Hence multiple possibilities.Pain in rt side of abdomen could be due to gases, appendicitis ,plain abdomen cramp ,viral infection etc.Do you have any symptoms like nausea, vomiting, loose motions etc.If pain is not severe you can wait for a day and watch otherwise get an sonography (abdomen+pelvis) done.
