you have something called upper cross syndrome, probably coz of sitting in awkward position i.e poked chin posture, and hunged back, neck muscles go for weakness, n tightness of chest muscles. first you should see an orthopedician and rule out disc bulge. protrusion, then see a physiotherapist, take UST/IFT, trigger point release, stretching exercises following neck isometric and strengthening exercises... you'll be fine.....also get your vitamin D checked
