I'm unable to sit n work due to neck pain.. I need to sit in front of system daily 9 hours.. This is happening from past few months

you have something called upper cross syndrome,  probably coz of sitting in awkward position i.e poked chin posture, and hunged back, neck muscles go for weakness, n tightness of chest muscles. first you should see an orthopedician and rule out disc bulge. protrusion,  then see a physiotherapist,  take UST/IFT,  trigger point release,  stretching exercises following neck isometric and strengthening exercises... you'll be fine.....also get your vitamin D checked
