Severe neck pain
I have neck pain from 10 days which affected my shoulder and arm. I went for x ray of cervical spine. I am attaching xray report of it. Please check it.

There is minimal subluxation of C3 over C4

You have acute neck pain coming from cervical spine. You need initial complete rest, anti inflammatory medicines and muscle relaxants, medicines to calm your nerve pain. Also you need a good Physio exercises like chin tucks and scapular squeezes. With these your pain will come around
