Severe neck pain
I am having extremely severe neck pain on the left side. The pain is at the joint where the shoulder and neck meet. I have a history of this pain but nothing was ever diagnosed in xrays or anything. Recently I have started working which involves sitting in front of a computer for a long time. My pain has gotten severe from the past few days and makes things difficult for me. What should I do. Is there any medicine to ease this pain..?

Ms remember at your age just with rest the body can heal itself so in the current situation you have neglected to take care of your body and it is informing you now that it is hurt and struggling. Medicines will only help a little you will need a proper back rehabilitation exercise protocol including advice on seat ergonomics. I strongly suggest that you take proper and immediate care.
