Severe neck pain and headche
Hello doctors I'm suffering from head ache and neck pain for almost 4 months i have taken neck x-ray it showed some muscle spasm. But can I take neck ultrasound to confirm for any lymp node issues of thyroid issues or any other cervical sprain ?

Hi, Go for ultrasound if you feel any swelling in the neck area otherwise don’t You can however get a Mri done What is your job profile, does it involve long sitting hours? Consult directly so proper history can be taken and management can be advised accordingly

No need at present. Go for medications and physiotherapy. Mostly it is due to cervical spondylosis. If you have any swelling in neck then need to consult and get it checked first
