Severe headache
I used to get headache twice or thrice a week since one year and then I take painkillers to stop it I really dnt have any other issues but I have acidity problem and tension problem..so plz tell me why is this happening and what should I do ??

Firstly ginfir ur vision checkup,record u r morning bp for four consecutive days ,avoid tension ,worries,overthinking and any kind of pain killers
