Hello, Hair fall is something to treat both externally and internally. Use almond oil for your scalp massage thrice a week and eat biotin, folate and iron rich foods like prunes, potatoes, flaxseed and sweet potato and green leafy veggies .check for dandruff as it can also be a reason for Hairfall. Use sulfate and sles free shampoos and reduce the hot showers.
