Severe Back pain
I have a severe back pain unable to walk properly. Is it because if my weight accumulated at my hip or is it something else. This is happening for the first time

It may be due to postural issue and overweight. You should start Physiotherapy for this pain and also strengthening exercises for back and core muscles. Improve ur posture and avoid lifting heavy weight.

It's becoz of ur weight...due to over weight ur lumbar  spine curve (near ur lower back) pushing forward(lumbar lordosis)..

avoid 2 wheeler riding try to lie down prone(face seeing towards floor) avoid lifting and carrying things
