Severe Back pain
I have a severe back pain at right side of lower back. It usually pains more at night while lying down. Sometimes I even experience pain in the spine.I have consulted a doctor. He has prescribed few medicine. PFA prescription.

If ur pain aggrevates with movements then take tab mobixoz at bedtime after dinner x 5 days.u will be better But if pain is in lumbar area n cuming down in front associated with nausea then get USG abdomen with full bladder to rule out kidney stone..take tab drotin M at the time of acute pain

May be due to ur wrong posture ,can apply local analgesic with hot fomentation and excercise even after these persists Suggested for USG while abd
