Severe Anger Issue
I have an issue with my anger. I can't control it. I m danger to myself. I don't know what to do. It's getting worst day by day and i m going into depression and alone and sad and angry. I don't know what to do my actions are not normal now and i need help.

Hi Dear Anger comes with triggers, and it's important to understand where it is coming from. You can put your mind on this think about that situation. You can start going for morning exercise with deep breathing exercise. There are several techniques for anger management and when you approach a professional it comes across that anger is stemming from precipitating factors like low confidence, self esteem, envious feelings, disappointment from self or others, dissatisfaction etc. So think about it, and approach a psychologist in person.
