You have allergy as its raised IgE levels.
Further try to avoid that allergen.. may be seasonal as its December... winter seasons
Try to avoid cold weather.

As you have done test.. already Take Tab levocetirizine 5mg twice a day after food× for 5 days
as it causes dizziness avoid work for few days.
