Your symptoms suggest chronic urticaria (allergic hives) with raised IgE levels. The prescribed medicines — Hydroxyzine, Montelukast, and Fexofenadine — are appropriate and help control allergy and reduce IgE-related inflammation. However, recovery time varies — usually 2 to 4 weeks for significant improvement, but in some cases, it may take longer depending on the underlying trigger (food, dust, temperature, stress, etc.). Identifying and avoiding the exact trigger is the key to long-term relief. To get a personalized treatment plan (including advanced antihistamine rotation, dietary advice, and IgE control strategies), you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five nine six for a detailed consultation and faster recovery.
