Septate uterus hysteroscopy
Please please Drs give me honest opinions as I am devastated struggling from 4 years to conceive having hypothyroid and now discovered with septate uterus attaching my reports, never conceived even once but got symptoms of pregnancy often before periods now please suggest either surgery of uterus will help to get pregnant or fibroids are not that big to get surgery.

This is not a disaster. The condition is amenable to surgery. You can have hysteroscopic division of the septum. In fact the whole tissue, forming the septum will be removed. After the surgery is completed you will have one Uterus with one cavity with two tubes and two ovaries. Just like any other woman. They didn't mention about patency of the tubes in MRI. I suppose your HSG must have confirmed patency of the tubes. This surgery will be available in any big city.
