Hello Drs, after 4 years of marriage without conceiving once i was diagnosed with septate uterus which somehow declared to be the reason of infertility. I did MRI on 31/03/2022 in which uterus size was 5.8*2.9*5.4cm with a folical size 2.2*1.3cm in left ovary. Now i did pelvis ultrasound in which my uterus size reduced and measure as 48*24*48 mm. Does uterus change its size during ovulation? Or
Is their any other reason of uterus got small.

Different modes of scanning have different precision values.
It is Ultrasound, CT SCAN and MRI in that order.
So Ultrasound is least precise. That explains why you get different measurements.
But the difference is not significant.
