Septate Uterus Surgery
Hi, We were planning for a baby in Sept. 2015, it did not go well, fetus didn't grow well and ended up with miscarriage in 10 weeks. Doctor told us that this could be because of partial septate in uterus. Performed surgery in Dec 2015. After that I was having regular periods but reduced flow and shorter duration. We are trying since Apr 2016. I am on FOL123 5 MG since then. Last month my periods were delayed by 35 days. In Dec. 2016,it again started after 35 days for a day and stopped. I stopped my medicine, periods started again after 5 days and are continuing till now with an Irregular flow. Now i am suffering from severe gastric issue, vomiting and loss of appetite. Kindly help.. Also advise if consuming 5mg Folic acid for such long duration is OK or should I start after pregnancy confirmation.

hello, do a urine pregnancy test at home to confirm pregnancy as you missed your period cycle. Folic acid is safe. For now, visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
