I am noticing from 3 days back that my teeth is becoming sensitive... I bite one guava and got blood on it. Am i suffering from Pyria.

Yes.. Bleeding of gums does mean you have gum infection or pyorrhea. Sensitivity is also related to the same condition. It is better that you get a clinical evaluation done and x rays taken to asses the depth of bone loss. It is always advised to get a round of deep scaling or periodontal therapy done. A newer advancement in that is with lasers which have a very good result

Yes you are correct . You are having Pyorrhea . There can be many reasons for having sensitivity but in your case it would be due to your reducing gum line . As there is deposits between your teeth and gum , it has to be removed. Oral prophylaxis is required in your case that is scaling , followed by polishing.
