Sensetive teeth and jaw pain
I am having mild right jaw pain. A teeth is also feeling sensetive when drinking normal water. Its hapening from last 2 days. What should I do now?

1. Sensitivity can be due to- food lodgement in gums, grinded teeth, caries, or any injury ( few reasons ) 2. If you feel sensitivity in one tooth, check if the tooth is discoloured. If yes, please consult a dentist. 3. If tooth is fine, check for gums, if you see swelling or discolouration, or hard deposit, consult a dentist.

Use anti-sensitivity paste. Use floss on the area affected and a mouthwash ( 1:4 dilution with water ) on alternate days.

Jaw pain might be due to various reasons like impacted tooth caries tooth , if it’s sensitive and don’t have any of these a normal scaling will do. But the treatment option can be finalised only when clinically seen.
