Sensation and cavity
There is cavity in my two teeth (both side of mouth) and the sensation is being happen due to warm and cold water as well on those particular teeth only. Sometime I can the see the blood as well in my tounge.

U should first get the X-ray (IOPAR) of these teeth done & as u are feeling sensitivity to hot as well, chances are you will be required to go for RCT ( Root canal treatment) for these teeth. Blood in the tongue can be due to sharp edges of teeth, which injures your tongue.

Since when are you having pain? Mostly RCT is treatment of choice Nevertheless it should be related clinically with Xray findings

Hloo Sir If you have sensitivity to both cold and warm then its may go for root canal treatment and you need to get your x ray done In case that you feel  pain and for immediate relief you can take ketorol DT 2 tablets in a glass of water But it's not a permanent treatment You can also precto consult us Regards
