When I was a exam room I have too panic and fears about exam passing and etc some time before I have failed in every exam so I was too tired given this exam I thought that I failed this exam

Exam is a stressful phase. Apprehension for the same rules every thought. It's the concentration of stress in the moment that makes u feel this way. U can come over this with getting to terms of ur thought process. It's not easy but if done is very effective. U need to focus on the thinking behind ur emotions and behaviour.
