Seen blood from last 2 weeks in Mucus

I'm not sure what happen to me but I'm seeing bllod in mucus from few days and having the acitidy sometimes and sometimes cheat burn.
Can someone help me no one at home so I can reach to hospital I'm 60 year old lady.

Take frequent small meals, sips of cold milk, avoid fatty spicy, oily food.
Tab Ethamyslate 250mg one every 8hours for 3 days.
Tab pantop 40mg [ne morning and one evening for 7 days.
Get upper G.I. endoscopy done, once bleeding stops to exclude ulcer or malignancy.
