My mother tooth is aching. The doctor took opg and advised to extraction of tooth. Sir , i would like to know , is the area beneath the highlighted tooth is ok. What is the tiny black spot ?

The dentist has advised you correctly, the tooth which you have shown had furcation involved. Such cases have very bad prognosis. Its advisable to extract the tooth.

Doctor advised u for extraction bcz not only the periapical infection (the black spot u mentioned)but also the decay reached till furcation even a attempt for root canal may fracture the tooth cause bleeding and swelling so best option is go for EXTRACTION.
Followed by immediate implant .
