.All mosquito bites don't cause dengue.It depends on the mosquito species and dengue virus strain as dengue virus has 4  different strains.

Yes dengue can come again but definitely not so early, minimum one to one and half year, so some diagnostic error somewhere Every time mosquito bite will not result in dengue
