I am having sebborheic dermatitis for last 8 years and experiencing a lot of hairfall from few months and because of excessive sweating in summer the hairfall has increased a lot. The front area of the scalp has become almost bald

The kind of hairfall u are talking about is called as androgenetic alopecia or male patterned baldness. It must be treated or slowly the bald area goes on increasing resulting in complete baldness
