Don’t wait till the cyst gets bigger . If u get removed when it’s small. U will have minimal stiches. Consult general surgeon

How big is the cyst ? Size ?
If it’s painful - then only surgery is required ...otherwise leave it as it is. ..
..., if a small painful cyst — can be done under local anaesthesia , and you may not require any stitches ..
