I'm having fordyce spots since 2 months after using betamethasone dipropate cream still 3 spots are remaining what medicine should I choose pls help doctors I'm requesting whomever is seeing this

No...contains steroid.. very dangerous... alternate safe cream available...do direct private online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
