I am having serious pain from hip to toe on right side and sometimes on left side also. Whenevr i work or stay in standing position for long time then pain starts

Start with gentle stretching exercises of the spine and pelvis/hip area. Also while standing, use a stool to rest one leg. Meet a Physiotherapist to diagnose and advise you proper exercises
