My mother is suffering from seviour pain in left leg starting from hips to toe. She has seen general physician and diagnosed as Sciatica. what's best treatment for Sciatica

It's a nerve irritation.It gets better with rest and few sessions of physio.Kindly visit any clinic nearer to you...This actually do wonders.

Kindly go for physiotherapy sessions...followed by tab. Neurokind once a day before bed... without physiotherapy it will not recover...get well soon..take care...

Sciatica pain is the symptoms of nerve irritation.due to l4 l5 s1  disc compression or might be due to priformis  muscle imflammation...you can easilly treat sciatica pain by doing some sciatic nerve stretch or exrcise...but before doing this exercise...find out the main region of sciatica pain.. visit physiotherapist he will help you in this. www.thephysiopoint.com

May be irritation on piriformis muscle which iritates sciatic nerve better option is to visit a physio. U will b ok
