Sciatica pain is the symptoms of nerve irritation.due to l4 l5 s1 disc compression or might be due to priformis muscle imflammation...you can easilly treat sciatica pain by doing some sciatic nerve stretch or exrcise...but before doing this exercise...find out the main region of sciatica pain.. visit physiotherapist he will help you in this.

May be irritation on piriformis muscle which iritates sciatic nerve better option is to visit a physio. U will b ok
